General Questions
The first step in the process is to fill out our Puppy Info Request form. We will then email you information on our current or upcoming litters. At the moment, we are operating with a master waiting list. In order to be placed on this list or reserve an untrained puppy, you must place a 20%, non-refundable (but transferable) deposit. Trained puppies require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due at or before pickup.
Once you pick a puppy we will verify disposition, activity level, and pack placement that will fit your family.
Once the puppies have received their vaccinations at 6 weeks of age, we traditionally host a play date for our families that are on that litter. This is an opportunity for you to visit the pups, get some puppy love & meet the parents. For biosecurity reasons, this is the earliest that any of our puppies will have outside visitors.
At Mishmo Shiba Inu, welcoming one of our puppies means more than bringing home a pet—it means joining a community built around responsible breeding, quality care, and lifelong companionship. Every Shiba Inu puppy we raise reflects the time, knowledge, and attention that go into producing healthy, well-socialized, and confident companions.
What Your Investment Covers
Professional Upbringing & Early Socialization
Our Shiba Inu puppies are raised in a structured, family-centered environment with early handling, positive socialization, and exposure to everyday experiences. This helps them develop confidence, adaptability, and balanced temperaments before joining their new families.
Premium Nutrition & Developmental Care
We provide high-quality nutrition appropriate for growing puppies, with careful attention to healthy development, coat condition, immune support, and overall wellbeing during their most important early stages.
Carefully Selected, Health-Screened Parents
Our breeding dogs are chosen with close attention to pedigree, temperament, structure, and breed-specific health considerations. Appropriate health screening helps us make responsible breeding decisions and supports the long-term wellbeing of our puppies.
