Puppy availability is subject to change until a reservation has been accepted and any required deposit has been received.

We reserve the right to:

  • Update puppy availability

  • Correct pricing or listing errors

  • Change prices where appropriate

  • Decline or cancel a reservation where necessary

  • Determine whether a prospective home is suitable for one of our puppies

Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee approval or the availability of a particular puppy.

8. Puppy Reservations & Deposits

Puppy reservations are subject to our applicable Reservation, Deposit, and Purchase Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Started puppies may require a 20% non-refundable, transferable deposit

  • Trained puppies may require a 50% deposit

  • Remaining balances are due according to the terms specified in the puppy purchase agreement

A puppy is not considered fully reserved until the required payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed by Mishmo Shiba Inu.

Where deposits are described as transferable, transfer conditions may be subject to availability, timing, and the terms of the applicable agreement.

9. Health Guarantees

Any health guarantee offered with a Mishmo Shiba Inu puppy is governed exclusively by the written Health Guarantee and Puppy Purchase Agreement provided at the time of sale.

Website descriptions of health coverage are general summaries and do not replace the terms, exclusions, veterinary requirements, time limits, or remedies stated in the signed agreement.

10. Training Information

Descriptions of our trained Shiba Inu puppy programs represent the skills and development goals we may work toward with participating puppies.

Training outcomes can vary according to:

  • Puppy age

  • Temperament

  • Developmental stage

  • Length of training

  • Environment

  • Continued reinforcement after placement

No specific behavior or level of performance is guaranteed unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

Continued training and consistency in the new home are important for maintaining learned behaviors.

11. Puppy Transportation & Delivery

Transportation and delivery services may be provided directly or through independent third-party providers.

Travel arrangements are subject to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Airline policies

  • Transport-provider availability

  • Health requirements

  • Applicable laws and regulations

  • The individual puppy’s health and readiness to travel

Mishmo Shiba Inu reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or modify transportation arrangements where necessary to protect the health and safety of a puppy.

12. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Request the removal of links to our website

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies

  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

Continued use of the website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
